Chef Justin Sherard has been a valued member of A.M. Diverse Cooking for several years, contributing his culinary expertise and passion for hospitality to private dining experiences and catered events throughout the Southeast. His commitment to quality, consistency, and exceptional service has made him an important part of our team.

In addition to his work with A.M. Diverse Cooking, Justin is the founder of Amala Food Services, where he specializes in weekly meal preparation, private catering, and custom culinary experiences. His menus feature a wide range of offerings, including barbecue, seafood, fresh breads, pastries, and thoughtfully prepared meals made with fresh, locally inspired ingredients.

Beyond the kitchen, Justin is also a gardener and community advocate who believes food is a powerful way to bring people together. His culinary philosophy is rooted in creating flavorful dishes that celebrate culture, connection, and the tradition of shared meals. Whether serving an intimate private dinner, a family celebration, or a large-scale event, Justin is dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences through exceptional food and genuine hospitality.

A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts – Orlando, Chef Keith has dedicated his career to refining his craft while serving guests with exceptional cuisine and elevated presentation. In addition to his work with A.M. Diverse Cooking, he serves as a Banquet Chef at The Landings Club in Savannah, Georgia, where he specializes in preparing refined meals and coordinating high-quality banquet and special event dining experiences.

Chef Keith believes that every meal should be thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, with a commitment to flavor, professionalism, and guest satisfaction. His extensive experience in banquet operations, private events, and upscale hospitality allows him to execute both intimate gatherings and large-scale celebrations with precision and excellence.
